Please note that our warehouses work quickly to pick and pack each order. Due to the quick turnaround, this often means that we are not always able to amend orders, swap products or change address before the products are shipped out.
Please contact our Customer Support Team on firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to amend your order, but please note that during the weekend our Support Team are not available and therefore may not be able to amend your order before it has shipped.

In the event that a cancellation is requested, we, as FeelHey, will attempt to cancel your order if alerted early enough. We will cancel it and issue a FULL refund. However, we are unable to guarantee a successful cancellation if the products have shipped already.
Please bare in mind that our Customer Support Team are unavailable on the weekends, and therefore, cancellation requests made during the weekend are not guaranteed.
If the products have shipped already, you can return unopened orders to our warehouse for a refund. The product(s) need to be returned and in our warehouse within 7 days.
Please contact our Customer Support Team if you wish to return an unopened order.
For your protection, we suggest all returns should be sent via a traceable carrier.
What items do you accept for return?
All items that are unopened and unused can be returned for a partial refund.
We will deduct shipping costs and pick and pack costs; roughly around USD $10 - USD $15.
We will NOT accept opened or used items for return.
After receiving a product
If you want to cancel an order that is out for delivery, or has already been received; contact us immediately via e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org. The product(s) need to be returned unopened.
Customer Support will provide you with the return form and shipping label when you email.
You will have to provide us with:
- Customer name
- Proof of Purchase
- Registration code
- Reason for cancellation
Items will only be refunded if the original package is unopened and sealed. Used items and/or open boxes will not be refunded.
Make sure that you have proof of your return until you receive your refund.
After we receive your return and inspect the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item if the item is in the original state and clearly unused. We will not reimburse shipping costs.
We will refund the cost of the products but not the shipping fees from when the order first shipped out.
We require 15 business days from the time we received your item to process your return.
Defective or incorrect item(s)
If you opened the item but it is defective or if it is not the item you purchased, please contact us directly on email@example.com so we can resolve the issue for you. To help us identify the problem, we ask that you send us pictures and/or a video, including information on the type of phone you are using. Once the pictures or video verify it is a defect or an incorrect item, we will send a replacement at our expense. We don't refund defective or incorrect items but will replace them with the same item.
Please note that we will not refund replaced items that are returned to us.
Remember that we will not issue a partial product value refund on package deals; they must be returned all together!
This product comes with a one (1) year warranty. The warranty is from the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. Warranty doesn't include normal wear and tear of the strap.
The warranty also does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the HEY bracelet will void the warranty.
Loss or theft is also not covered by warranty and we cannot be held liable in the event that one of the aforementioned takes place.
